Welcome to Prism Inclusion
About us
Hello! It’s great to have you here.
At Prism Inclusion, we believe every organisation, school and community is made up of many brilliant and colourful perspectives.
Our work helps you see them clearly. Through immersive talks and experiential workshops, we explore diversity, inclusion and belonging in a way that feels human, engaging and genuinely transformative.
We don’t deliver “training.” We create experiences — interactive, reflective and memorable sessions where people don’t just learn something new… they feel something shift.
What We Offer
Public speaking and keynote sessions that spark insight and connection
Workshops for teams, schools and community groups that build confidence, cultural awareness and belonging
The dual‑faceted 7E Approach
For children and young people: identity, confidence, leadership and real‑life skills
For adults: mindset‑shifting, experiential sessions that inspire inclusive behaviour
Whether you’re shaping organisational culture, supporting young people, or strengthening community spaces, Prism Inclusion helps you create environments where every individual, perspective and background is recognised, valued and able to shine.
The light entering a prism is identical to the light leaving it. The prism makes the invisible rays visible, just as we support the visibility of everyone’s value.
Prism Inclusion is a platform that develops, promotes, and channels inclusive thinking, simply making our colourful perspectives visible.
How does the 7E Approach work for children and young people?
The 7E Approach is a culturally confident, identity‑affirming programme designed to help children and young people understand who they are, celebrate where they come from, and step boldly into their future.
Rooted in seven empowering pillars; Educate, Enlighten, Embrace, Enhance, Exercise, Enrich, Empower, the programme blends cultural identity, leadership development, wellbeing, social confidence and real‑life skills. Young people explore their heritage, build emotional resilience, strengthen their communication and social presence, and develop the confidence to lead in their schools, families and communities.
We create safe, joyful and culturally rich spaces where children can reclaim their narrative, celebrate their uniqueness, and learn the skills that help them thrive academically, socially and personally.
From history detectives to affirmation mirror work, from etiquette and social presentation to financial capability, the 7E Approach equips young people with the tools to walk proudly in their identity and confidently towards their goals.
At the heart of our work are two simple truths:
- Where confidence grows, culture shines, and every child learns they are powerful, capable and enough.
- Every child deserves to feel seen, valued and proud of who they are.

What is the unique selling point of the 7E Approach for children and young people?
The workshops are not just talks, training or platforms to tell children and young people what to do. They are experiences that prompt reflection on who they are. The sessions use interactive, hands-on methods to instil pride in their identity and to develop and/or enhance their confidence and self-esteem. The workshops are for any child or young person who would benefit from positive role modelling and affirming spaces.
The workshops offer essential skills no longer available in many schools: social presentation, communication skills and readiness for key transitions such as secondary school, sixth form or early employment. It is ideal for young people who want to understand and celebrate their cultural heritage, strengthen their leadership voice, practise teamwork and decision making, or learn how to advocate for themselves and others.
The programme also suits children who enjoy movement, dance and culturally relevant exercise, those who need support with body confidence or wellbeing routines, and young people preparing for adulthood who would benefit from practical life skills such as CV preparation, formal etiquette/social presentation skills and financial capability.
What is the 7E Approach for Adults?
The 7E Approach for Adults is a practical, inspirational and deeply experiential programme designed for professionals, school leaders, faith groups, community organisations and individuals who want to strengthen inclusion from the inside out. Rather than traditional “training,” every session is built to be felt, immersive, reflective and memorable, so participants leave with real shifts in mindset, confidence and behaviour.
Across seven powerful pillars, adults explore how identity, agency, communication and empathy shape the way we show up in our workplaces and communities. Each session blends storytelling, guided reflection, inclusive practice drills and lived‑experience learning to create environments where every voice is valued and every person can confidently claim their space.
What is the unique selling point of the 7E Approach sessions for adults?
The 7E Approach for adults reframes Equality, Diversity and Inclusion as a personal journey, not a traditional training course. You cannot be taught to be diverse in thought or instructed into inclusion, but you can choose the path you wish to travel and develop the qualities that make inclusion real.
Participants are guided through experiences that build care, compassion, kindness and human understanding, equipping them with practical tools to recognise difference, honour individuality and foster genuine belonging. Through reflective activities, real‑world scenarios and facilitated dialogue, learners explore how attitudes shift when empathy is activated and when people take ownership of their impact on others.
Rather than focusing on policies or tick‑box compliance, this programme centres the individual, empowering each person to cultivate behaviours that strengthen connection, respect and unity. It is an invitation to grow, to lead with humanity, and to practise inclusion in everyday action
Meet the founder
I’m Temi, and my life has been a journey across cultures, continents and communities. I was born in England, raised by six parents from three different nationalities, and grew up moving between the UK, the US and Nigeria. That meant I was often “the only one” in the room, the only Black child in an all-white neighbourhood, the only English kid in an American classroom, or the only American in a Nigerian sixth form.
Those experiences taught me something powerful: belonging isn’t about where you come from; it’s about knowing who you are and choosing to include yourself. That’s why I’m passionate about helping young people build confidence, identity and a sense of belonging and inclusion wherever they go.
I’ve worked as a lawyer and spent many years in children’s services, youth development, SEND, and community support. I’ve also led multicultural and disability networks, served as a school governor, supported local foodbank and homelessness projects, and founded Church Enabled, a space for children and young people with SEND to worship and belong.
Outside of work, I run to raise money for children’s charities like Whizz-Kidz. From marathons to triathlons, running reminds me that growth is a journey, one step at a time. I am passionate about my campaign for true inclusion: PRISM INCLUSION.
True inclusion, like light, makes the world a brighter place.
The world, like a prism, highlights our differences and the beauty of our colourful perspectives.
